  1. Primero hacemos nuestros filetes de pollo a la plancha, los salpimentamos al gusto. (Con las especias de tu agrado, yo utilicé pimienta-Limón). Dejamos enfriar, cortamos en fajitas y reservamos. Después picamos la lechuga, las espinacas y rallamos las zanahorias.
  2. Comenzamos a armar nuestra ensalada. Primero colocamos en cada platón hondo o bowl una capa de lechuga, luego espinaca y encima colocamos el arroz al vapor, el fideo de soya, la zanahoria, aguacate y el pollo a la plancha. (El orden de los ingredientes lo muestro en la foto)
  3. Después con el requesón hacemos bolitas y las pasamos por el ajonjolí cubriéndolas por completo. Luego colocamos en medio de la ensalada las bolitas de requesón. Luego espolvoreamos los trocitos de soya sabor tocino. Acompañamos la ensalada con aderezo de tu preferencia y listo. Ah comer rico, sano y muuuuuy llenador y rendidor. Provechito😍
