  1. Primero hay que enjuagar los chacales, poniéndoles agua y quitándole todas las basuritas (cascaritas del grano) que flotan, enjuagarlos unos 2-3 veces hasta que casi no salga nada. Luego se ponen a cocer por 20 min en la olla express con los dientes de ajo
  2. Ponerlos con suficiente agua pues deben quedar caldosos. Mientras se cocinan, en un sartén con poquito aceite, poner la cebolla en cuadritos, cuando esté transparente, agregarle el tomate y el cilantro y dejarlos a que se cocinen bien.
  3. Cuando estén bien cocinados y casi desbaratados en una salsita, agregárselos a la olla de los chacales... agregarle sal y dejar que hierva. Hasta ahí serían los chacales “normales”.
  4. Es como una sopita de elote, pero tiene ese sabor especial. Y para hacerlos más especiales, le agrego una salsa de chiles secos. Los cuales sólo los pongo en la licuadora con 1 ajo y bien licuado, colar y agregar... dejar hervir y al servir le pongo encima queso rallado...
