- Volvemos a meter nuestra bolitas de masa para fermentación y ya después pesamos nuestras bolitas de masa y que tengan el mismo peso, para que salgan del mismo tamaño. Le agregamos el queso.


- Tomamos nuestra masa de punta en punta para cerrarlo y luego darle la forma.
