No sabía a nada, solo picaba porque le habían puesto demasiada pimienta. Para los que no lo sepáis, el curry es una mezcla de especias, no es una sola llamada “curry”). Iremos probando de sabor hasta que encontremos el deseado.
  5. Tiene que estar entre unos 15/20 minutos a fuego medio para que la nata coja todo el sabor y el pollo quede súper tierno. Nos quedará espesito. Mientras preparábamos el pollo habremos hervido y escurrido el arroz basmati.
  6. Yo lo serví separado, a un lado el arroz y al otro el pollo. Después me lo mezclé todo y estoy segura de que pronto repetiré!! Buen provecho!!
