- Colocar el pollo en una olla y cubrir con agua agregándole la ramita de hierbabuena y el consomé de pollo. Aparte cortar en trocitos la cebolla y el tomate para hacer una tomatada y cuando este agregarla al agua donde se esta cociendo el pollo.
- Mientras se cuece el pollo cortar las papas, la zanahoria y el güisquil en cubos pequeños y el pipian en rodajas si son muy grandes partirlas a la mitad. Lavar todo y resevar.
- Cuando el pollo este cocido sacar, (si hay mucha grasa es el momento de sacarla cuidadosamente con una cuchara) agregar un poco más de agua, añadir los vegetales (menos el pipian) y el arroz, cuando este último comience a esponjar agregar el pipian, los coditos, una pizca de sal y la sopa de fideos, rectificar de sabor y esperar a que las verduras y el arroz estén en su punto. Servir calientita con el pollo 😋


- Nota: en mi caso saco el pollo porque lo sazono y luego lo doro pero perfectamente pueden dejarlo en el caldo y agregar los vegetales.
